We’ll try out different materials and techniques, from simple creative activities to projects you can personalise and make your own.
There’s no right or wrong way to create—just have a go, discover what you enjoy, and let your imagination lead the way!
16th October - Screen Printing with Lizzie
Learn the basics of screen printing including creating a background, cutting your own stencil and printing your own design. In this workshop you can explore colour, composition and artistic expression.
23rd October - Macrame Rainbows
Learn the basics of macramé while creating a colourful rainbow decoration to take home!
Children will develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and pattern awareness as they learn simple knotting techniques and explore colour, texture and design. A fun, hands-on session with a creative result they can be proud of!
13th November - Tie Dying
Join us for a fun and colourful tie-dye session!
We’ll work together to create some collaborative bunting that will be used to decorate the studio, and you will also be able to bring along your own items (1 or 2) to tie-dye, this can be anything from a t-shirt to a bag.
Please bring messy clothes or an apron for the session. We do have some aprons available, but it’s best to wear something you don’t mind getting a little colourful!
20th November - Christmas Calligraphy
Get creative and festive while learning the basics of modern calligraphy!
Children will explore letter formation, strokes and spacing before putting their new skills into practice to design and create their own Christmas cards.
A fun, hands-on session combining Art, creativity and design, with plenty of guidance and no previous experience needed.
They’ll leave with new skills and their very own handmade cards — perfect for someone special!
27th November - Wreath Making
Get into the festive spirit with our reusable fabric Christmas wreath making workshop. Join us to create a beautiful, unique Christmas wreath that you can use year after year. No sewing skills are needed—just bring your creativity and enjoy a relaxed, hands-on session while giving materials a new lease of life.
11th December - Dot Mandala
Get creative with nature-inspired art as children learn how to create beautiful snowflake-inspired dot mandalas on natural log slices.
They’ll explore pattern, symmetry, colour and repetition before designing their own unique Christmas tree decoration to take home.
A relaxing, hands-on Art & DT session with no previous experience needed!
